Athlone community league is a supporter of The Edmonton Tool Library(ETL).
With Purchase of an Athlone Community League membership you can claim a FREE individual annual membership (regularly $50/year).
You can borrow up to eight items/week year-round. They have over 300 tools that include hand, power, and yard tools.
To claim your membership bring your photo ID and Community League Membership card to their location at Bellevue Community Hall (7308 112 Ave NW)
Athlone Community League has partnered with The Güd Box to offer high-quality produce to your doorstep. A reoccurring subscription box is $30/box and a one-time box is $35 and offers a variety of fresh, local, in-season, and high quality produce. A portion of the proceeds goes towards the community league which is being used to pay for our new LED rink lights.
The Güd Box is a locally owned and operated, Edmonton-based company with a mission to improve food security by providing barrier-free access to healthy, affordable food. We believe in supporting local and doing business sustainably.
The Calder Library opened in early 2018, making it one of Edmonton’s newest libraries and the closest library to the communities of Athlone and Dunvegan. It is located just off of 127 Street at 131 Avenue (12710 131 Avenue).
